KONTRIBUSI HUKUM ISLAM TERHADAP REFORMASI BIROKRASI: UPAYA PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK YANG EFISIEN, EFEKTIF, DAN BERKUALITAS
Abstract
Agama Islam memiliki peran penting dalam mewujudkan reformasi birokrasi menuju pelayanan publik yang efisien, efektif, dan berkualitas. Nilai-nilai Islam seperti amanah, profesionalisme, akuntabilitas, transparansi, dan keadilan harus menjadi landasan moral bagi aparatur birokrasi dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Artikel ini membahas peran strategis agama Islam dalam mendorong reformasi birokrasi di Indonesia. Pertama, Islam mengajarkan prinsip-prinsip tata kelola yang baik, seperti amanah, profesionalisme, dan akuntabilitas. Kedua, Islam menekankan pentingnya transparansi dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Ketiga, Islam mendorong terciptanya pelayanan publik yang adil dan berpihak kepada rakyat. Penerapan nilai-nilai Islam dalam birokrasi dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pemerintah dan mendorong terciptanya pelayanan publik yang berkualitas. Artikel ini juga memberikan beberapa rekomendasi untuk memperkuat peran agama Islam dalam reformasi birokrasi di Indonesia.
