Authors do not pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) or any publication fee when a manuscript is accepted. All articles are published in open access, and readers can access them free of charge.

Waiver Policy

The journal charges no submission, processing, or publication fees, so no fee waiver procedure applies.

Report Fraudulent Requests

If anyone asks for payment in the name of Jurnal Esensi Hukum, do not pay. Report the request to esensihukum@upnvj.ac.id.
