Published articles and previous issues are accessible through the Archives section of the journal website. The journal's preservation objective covers article files, bibliographic metadata, and associated correction or retraction notices.

Corrections and retractions are managed transparently to preserve the scholarly record. Original articles will normally remain accessible, with clear notices and links explaining any changes to their publication status. The Retraction and Correction Policy describes the procedure.

Authors are encouraged to retain copies of their published work and deposit permitted versions in institutional or subject repositories, subject to the journal's Copyright Notice and License. Deposited copies should include the article's full citation and DOI or permanent publication link.

Esensi Hukum also stores copies of its published article files on Google Drive as online storage. This is the journal's own storage and is separate from external preservation services.
