Jurnal Esensi Hukum uses the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. The PKP PN preserves journal content in a decentralized network of LOCKSS nodes hosted at participating institutions worldwide, ensuring that articles remain available even if the journal's website becomes inaccessible.

Self-Archiving

Authors are permitted and encouraged to self-archive their published articles, including the publisher's version (PDF), in institutional repositories, subject repositories, or personal and academic websites, provided that proper citation to the original publication in Jurnal Esensi Hukum is given.

Repository Deposit

All articles published in Jurnal Esensi Hukum are indexed and archived through institutional and external repositories to broaden accessibility and ensure redundancy of the preserved record. This includes deposit in the institutional repository of Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Jakarta, as well as relevant indexing services and databases.

Continuity of Access
