Jurnal Esensi Hukum is published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Jakarta. It first appeared in 2019.

Publisher

The Faculty of Law is responsible for all stages of publishing and for the ethical duties of a publisher. The publisher commits that advertising, reprint, or other commercial revenue has no impact or influence on editorial decisions. The publisher supports the editorial board in keeping the published record accurate. See the Publication Ethics policy.

Management

The editorial team manages the journal. The Editor in Chief leads the editorial board and decides on publication. The Editorial Team page lists the Editor in Chief, the Managing Editor, the editors, the assistant editors, and IT support.
